Grayson Michael Chance = The Next Justin Bieber

May 12, 2010 · 5 comments

We all know about how Justin Bieber used YouTube to get discovered and signed by Usher in order to rise atop music charts with his music. His entrance into the limelight has sparked a lot of discussion regarding YouTube acting as a catalyst for stardom. Sixth-grader Grayson Michael Chance just might be the next iteration of the Justin Bieber story and further proof that YouTube has some of the best talent out there.

Watch as he performs his rendition of Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi” at his 6th-grade festival for middle school. Check out all the smiles that suddenly flash across the girls’ faces in the background and how mesmerized they become once he starts singing.

Grayson will supposedly be making his national debut on The Ellen Degeneres Show this Thursday, May 12.
